2000 250 7.3 4x4 crew
left trailer stop and turn lights don't work, the fuse is good and there is power at the fuse box, at the plug there is no juice, pulled the factory pigtail apart, no juice, are there plugs under the truck I can check? Any Ideas?

I got the trailer light blues, too Ford built a truck to tow any thing you want to hook up to but they expect you to pull it in the daylight or real dark I guess. Everything I hook up too I blow fueses or relays or something. at least most of the time the relays come back after awhile. FORD are you listening. I love my truck but this is getting old fast.
Well, I'll toss out what I always do...Ford uses dedicated fuses for the trailer harness so that if you've got bum wiring on a trailer it won't kill your truck's lights with it. There should be a fuse that does nothing but left turn/stop for the trailer harness.
If you checked that one and it's good, I suppose you're stuck tracing it.
Ford uses the standard wire colors for trailer stuff, so your left signal will be plain yellow all the way up the harness, which runs down the driver's side frame rail.
I had the same problem with my 2000 F350. It blew a 30 amp fuse which I have never seen before. so I replaced it and still had the same problem, so I had to trace the problem like Cowboy Brett said. It sucks to do but it is the cure.
There is a fuse box, under the hood. There are some 7.5 amp fuses for the left side and right side turn/brake lights on the trailer. Standing in the front of the truck , they will be on the left side of the fuse box, in the very front. I was blowing my left side brake/turn light fuse, when pulling my travel trailer. Found a worn wire, in the trailer wiring, and haven't had any problem since I repaired it.
