1993 Production Dates
Does anyone know the production dates for the 1993 F150. I am looking for a cluster with a tach and was told I should use the same year because of slight wiring differences.

Someone fed you a line. 
The 92 to 96 gauges are all interchangeable. Once you get the other cluster, you can break them both apart and transfer your speedo over so you keep your mileage.

Not exactly.
While all those year clusters will physically swap there were two distinct wiring changes. between 93 and 94 the battery light wiring changed, and consequently if you use the wrong year you COULD stop your battery from charging. Also in 96 they changed the ABS light so if you cross that boundry the ABS light will be on continuously and you won't have the rear ABS.
Basically interchangability is:
92-93
94-95
96 is incompatible with all years (ABS)
This has been documented on this forum numerous times.
