Leaf springs

Will the rear leaf springs off of a 1-ton '79 fit onto a '79 half ton frame and axle? Or will I have to make new hangers for them to work? I am getting a donor truck in and also need new rear leaf springs on the rear axle of my half ton.

both 2wd, they should be 2 and a 1/2" wide, both 4x4 should be 3" axle should bolt up using the half ton plate and u-bolts. Someone else may chime in with more info though.

Measure the length of the springs also. The springs on my '76 F350 chassis cab are shorter than the standard 57" springs, but I'm not sure what they measure.
