Is there a brighter 1895 bulb?

I have 1895 bulbs in the gauges under the dash in my truck. They aren't very bright at night tho. Is there a brighter bulb I can use in place? Thanks!

You sure you have your dashlight dimmer rheostat turned up all the way? Possibly someone else turned it to "dim" on you.

I do believe you can get LED replacements that plug right into that spot, I'll look on my home computer when I get back from vacation, on my laptop in Minnesota right now. But I put LED-replacement lights in the dash of my 98 Contour SVT and it was a lot brighter. You could also check to see if Sylvannia makes a brighter replacement bulb, I think they make them for just about any bulb, including dash cluster bulbs.
