There is something strange going on with my dash lights. I have a 2000 F150 with 149,000 miles. When driving around dusk I put on my headights. I pull out the **** and my dash board goes blank. I push the **** in and the lights for the odometer and the radio come back on. All the exterior lights work. Does any one have a logical answer? Thanks for your time.

 

play with the roll switch see if it flickers. if so its the switch dirty
