f150 bumper conversion
I need a new bumper..due to wreck.. 1.. would a 97-98 f150 4wd bumper(with fog opening) fix my 97 2wd bumper(no fog openings) 2.. if it would fix would my lower valance on the 2wd fit the 4wd bumper...any help would be greatly appreciated...p.s. when I say fit I meant just bolt on without any new parts...

I had this same prob with my '98 last year. Your 2WD valalnce wont fit the 4WD bumper, but the complete bumpers interchange.
i wound up getting an '03 front bumper. I had to get a '99-'03 grill for it to look right though. Used bumper was $100, new aftermarket grill was $100. Took about an hour to put it all on.. real easy.
