So I'm 80% done installing my gauges and I have everything wired up...
I go to test the gauges with a battery charger set to trickle charge and so far everything is working great except for the pyro. It came in the box at about 375 degrees and when I hook everything up it stays there and doesn't move. The sensor appears to be hooked up correctly (red-red, yellow-yellow), the other two gauges are working properly so I have good grounds/12v and I even rewired everything to double check that it wasn't the connections. Am I missing something or could it be a bad gauge? Does the pyro sensor need to be grounded? I wouldn't think so since there are two wires going to it instead of the one going to the trans sensor. Does it have to be heat cycled or something before it gets a correct reading? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
