Was wanting to know if anyone has fitted their late model F-150 with an LT Grille? If so....how much did it set you back? Would any hood modifications be required?
It should be a direct bolt in swap. If you can get it with the surround matching your trucks color. they come pre assembled. Direct ford parts has it for $220

I installed the HD grill on mine. No hood mods are needed. I'm not sure on the cost for the lt grill but the HD cost me almost $300. check with http://www.discountfordpartsaty2kford.com/ . They have the best prices and they will get the right parts for you. They also help support this site.
I had an aftermarket billet grill on my last truck. It was made by Stull. The thing I didn't like about it was that the black paint between the bars started to peal after a couple washes. That's why I decided to go with this. This grill should hold up well.
You always can just paint the surround to match your truck. That would look as good.
