I think I saw that truck a few years ago at the Carslile truck show in PA. Did very well in the burnout competition too.
Anyways....I've had my truck ('97 F150 reg-cab short-bed) on the floor lift in the local Firestone dealer twice. Once for a tire rotation, and once for new tires. Both times scared me. The front "pads" rest on the frame just before it curves upward to the front suspension, and the rear "pads" rest on the front leaf spring mounts. Well...the truck more-or-less balances on the front pads. The rear pads dont even touch until the rear tires are off the ground!
it appears to be, but its also a goose neck hitch, look dead center of it, a nice dirty hitch ball.
Yes, you are right - because it has been slammed, It doesn't have enough clearance between the axle housing and the bed, so you have to attack the bed with a sawzall, and the blue frame is how they have to mount a fith wheel ball to prevent the diff housing driving straight through it when it goes over a bump.
