Rear Spring Question

I have a 2006 F250 w/V10 and six speed. I really like the truck. I traded a Dodge Cummins for it and I am happy I did the deed.

The question is this: when I load our 5th wheel on the truck, the truck settles down onto the overload spring on the frame....it seems to me that the 5er drops the truck a lot more than it did the Dodge, which did not have the overload spring...

Is this normal, or am I overloaded??? I am pulling an 8000 pound Pirgrim 5er, and I did order the rear stabalizer bar that also came with heavier FRONT springs...

Thanks in advance...

do you know your pin weight ?
it should be between 15-25% of your trailer weight.
When loaded with gear and provisions.
List the options on your truck for us so we can see what you got .as far as springs and heavey service pkg
What size dodge was it also

If you would like it to sit higher in the rear when loaded and unloaded add the F-350 spacer blocks between the axle and leafs. Or you could add helper air bags on the rear.
