302 Engine swap upgrades

I want to swap a 90's F-150 EFI 302 into my '79 F-100 with AOD. But i'm wondering, once i find a good engine, what upgrades work well on the later EFI engine? I'm looking for power with good gas mileage.

you wanna locate the efi setup from a mustang running mass air. this will make your swap much easier and give you more room to play with cam choices ect..

Er, that seems alot more complicated though, i was just going to go with the whole system, but, once i do the MASS air, i have some 302 headers that i'd need to mod for an o2 sensor, but would i want cams, or what?

speed density can handle every mod possible like heads, headers, intake etc.. except radical cams. must keep lobe seperation to 114* or more otherwise the computer will freak out. any muff shop can weld in a o2 sensor bung for $50 at most so i wouldnt worry so much about that.
