RCA Cable Routing

Now that my new HU has arrived I will be rewiring my amp when I install the HU this weekend (getting rid of LOC and using RCA's) So any tips on routing RCA cable's through the truck? It's a 2000 Lariat and the amp will be under the rear seat.

Really I just need to know how to get it from the back of the stereo to the passenger side kick panel, from there its pretty easy to go to the back. I want it to go down the passenger side as the power cables are already run down the drivers side.

I run mine under the dash, behind the trim panels on the side, under the panel on the edge of the door that holds the carpet down, and spit it out behind the seat.
