AC question
When I'm driving around in town my AC blows cold air. When I'm pulling my trailer on the highway the AC doesn't blow nearly as cold as it does when I slow down in town.
Could this be from a under or over charged system?

That is a possibility.
38-40 on the low side
280-300 on the high side
@ 72 degrees and 1500 rpm.
If this isn't your problem, take a look at the top of the compressor. Is there any clutch material/dust? could be a bad clutch (slipping).
The most common fix (I have found) is the orifice tube. I think it's like $3.50, but the system will need to be completely recharged.
Also try back flushing the radiator/intercooler/condenser to get all the bugs/grass/and duramaxes out. - this can sometimes clear the problem quickly.
