Torque Settings and Alignment

It's been a while since I got to work on my truck, so now that I'm finishing up the disc brake conversion I have two questions:

1. What are the torque settings for the steering controls (i.e control link, inner and outer tie rod, and pitman arm)?

2. When I put the tires on they both bowed in from the bottom, like this: \ /. Is this normal and will an alignment take care of it?

Thanks

That was when you let the truck down off the jack ...right ?

One they turn while driving they will straighten out

You don't want to tighten the I beam inner pivots unless the suspension is loaded.

Mil1ion, that was/is after I lowered the truck from the jackstands.

Instig8r63, I did tighten all the bolts before I lowered the truck. Should I raise the truck, loosen the I-beam bolts, lower the truck, and then tighten them?

I always tighten the bolts loaded because a front end guy (for 20 years) that I know from a Ford dealer told me it was the correct way. I guess it initially puts unde strain on the bushings.
