how do u hollow out cats with a 1994 F150 302 automatic 2wd its the stock exaughst im goin to be removing one of them but how do i hollow out the other one i dont want to take it off eathier to do so if possible. any help is greatly appreaceated

You remove the cat(s).
You find a pipe that's a hair smaller in diameter as compared to the inlet/outlet tubes.
Insert pipe into cat.
Beat the snot out of the pipe until it pushes through.
Hollow cat
Though, if your engine, emissions, EFI computer (EEC), plugs, injectors, heads and timing are stock, hollowing out your cats isn't going to give you any noticable results, because in stock form, the cats are slightly oversized anyway.
yup. If your state requires visual cats and mufflers, just leave the pipe in there and have it welded to your exhaust. My cat is hallowed. Tried the flowmaster 40 series(single)..sounded like crap. Straight pipe..sounded like crap. No muffler...sounded like crap...
