I would be interested in what Polarbear has to say about the following news wires (just released by Ford this AM). After an online vehicle research firm (name not given) issued a report which states that consumers consideration of full-size trucks has plummeted, Ford states the F-150 inventory as of June 30 stood at 300,000 units. A RECORD INVENTORY LEVEL. Ford as a result has "reinvigorated" their F-150 rebates as follows: An additional $500-$1,000 "enhance" rebate to its already stated "drive on us" campaign. Ends July 31. Ford now offers between $4,000-$4,500 and an additional $500-$1,000 to qualifying buyers. Ford is also offering its dealers special incentives (which were not disclosed) if they meet agreed upon F-Series sales goals for July. I hope for Polarbear, who has been very good to us all here, sees improved sales as a result.
