Color on dash
I put some liquid air freshner on my air conditioning vent. It leaked onto the grey color under the vent and the color turned a whitesh color and part of it is now black. Is there any way to restore it back to the grey color? I am looking for a solution that I can do myself. It is a 2002 Expedition.

Im not familiar with the vehicle but if you can remove the vent diffuser the are some good vinyl paints on the market that can be used to fix it The challenge is to match and blend in the colour. Try a body shop supplier to see what they have in spray cans and may be able to fix you up with something.Be careful you can make it worse.Might be a job for a person with experience.
