I was just wondering if anyone has any pics of projector headlights on an 04 and up F-150. I have a black 06 F-150 FX4 SCrew and was thinking about putting some projectors on, or just wait and see if I can get a piar of the Saleen HID's. Any comment at all is apreciated. thanks

If I were you and I had the money, I would go for the Saleen HIDs. I initially was going to install projectors for my truck along with an aftermarket HID system, but the problem is that 99% of the projectors out there can not fit HID bulbs and are not designed for them. I had a friend who owned an Integra and purchased aftermarket projects and aftermarket HID kit. He did a before and after, comparing the two headlights, although the projectors reduced the glare, but it also reduced the light output. Long story short, I have aftermarket HIDs with the stock headlights due to the lack of choices.

 

thanks for the input. I might go ahead and save up for the Saleens. I found a person on another forum who custom makes projector headlights with HID, but I think the saleen will be cheaper than that.
