Any truck FE manifold will work; many of the car manifolds varied for specialty applications.
Most of the variations revolved around higher performance engines, which translated into different bolt holes, or around the need for special shapes because of less room in the engine compartment.
The trucks have so much room in there that the larger "log" style exhaust manifolds could be used with no problem.
If you get one from a truck, it should be the same, whether 352, 360 or 390.
Chack it for warping and have it milled if necessary. They are prone to warping, and milling will save you a LOT of time and aggravation later.
Check out the cool FE forum here too.
Some of the car manifolds have a smaller exit flange pattern. I found this out the hard way. Had the manifolds all bolted up then tried to install the exhaust pipe. No Go!
If you need a pair of manifolds I can sell you some cheap.
