does anyone know if the new 05-06 dash are direct fits of the 99.5-04?

I remember seeing a post on this a couple weeks ago. I believe it was a pretty simple swap. There was some cutting behind the dash to get a couple things to fit but nother major from what i remember. Do a search and hopefully you find the article. Goodluck
