While I haven`t compared them side by side usually car frames are totally different and make for a very poor frame swap if that is what you`re thinking. The width may not be that far out but everything other dimension such as the frame kickup,ect. will be very different.

a guy 5 houses down from me used a 71 lincoln front sub-frame under his 69 f-100... the frame is the same width, so he says. i am going to measure one this weekend to put under my 68 f-100. i saw the guys sub-frame job, and it was super clean... cut off and welded back on at the firewall. he took one coil out of the lincoln spring and it put that truck down in the weeds. he said it rides nice too. i plan on having my truck sub-framed by mid-september.
