More baffling dash lights!
The other day in rush hour traffic I had to make a panic stop in which the Explorer almost didn't stop in time, but it did thank god. Anyway, after that panic stop now the 4wd and 4lo lights flash on the dashboard and the truck (has control-trac) won't go into 4hi from auto or 4 lo. The lights flash 6 times at the same time then won't flash at all then about 4 minutes later flash 6 more times, etc. I didn't know if anyone knew if this was a common cheap issue to take care of or will it get ugly?
