Check out Bronco Graveyard. I just put leveling springs on my '95 F-150. You'll likely need the adjustable cams for alignment too.

Check out other threads on this site for advice. In general, soak the sring mounting nut with PB blaster for two weeks in advance. I needed to use a spring compressor to get the new springs installed.
