I have retained the stock 223 in my 63 F100. Changed to a 3 on the floor but I just need more. I have decided to change from my 4.10 rear diff. has anyone done so and if they have do they have any suggestions and places which sell the kit.

If your truck has a 9inch rearend you can pull axles out remove the drive shaft and then pull the bolts that hold the center pumpkin in plcae. In doning so you remove the entire gear pack. With this differential you can find it most junk yards. Dont for get to count the splines on the axle of the doner truck. Your stock axles have 28 spline. I know some years they have 31 splined axles. Drop a line some time I do have a center pumpkin with 3.50 gearing in for sale.
