Cab & Bed Alignment
The moulded "groves" in the back of the cab dont match the groves in he bed. So I decided to unbolt the bed and side it. Well the holes in the frames are NOT SLOTTED! The front bed bolt hol in the frame and then there is a hole beside it and the bed has a dimple so I guess the dimple is suppose to be in the center of the hole? WHen the dimple is in the center then the bed bolt holes & bolt are aligned up.
So I removed the nut from the cab bolts but I cant seem to get the falt washer & rubber donut off.
Does anyone know if the cab holes or frame holes are slotted so I can get stuff ligned up?

Cab holes are not slotted. Removing the cab mount rubber bushing will ruin it. Buy some new cab bushings before you take the old ones out. You may be able to shift things a tad, but not much. Is it possible you have frame damage? How about the front cab supports, are they in good shape or rusted and collapsed?
