lock outs

just bought a 2001 ford f 250 i know it has lock outs but which way to turn them to lock the wheels in to lock it in turn lock outs towards front bumper and lock them out turn them towards the back bumper do i have this right?

Welcome to the forum

I assume the writing on the hubs isn't legible?
They turn clockwise to lock, counterclockwise to unlock.
