Heads In Backwards?

Heads In Backwards?
Is it possible that my heads are on backwards? The reason I ask this is that the glow plug controller is in the drivers side head on the rear ( I was always told and have always heard that they are in the passenger side head) the other thing is the engine label that list the horsepower and what nots is on the passenger side rocker cover and every IDI I have seen are on the drivers side

The heads will fit either side of the engine, just have to move the plugs.
I have always said the old style glow plug controller was in the passenger side head at the back. But the plug is in the rear of the drivers side head.
Guess that kinda shows how long ago I went to manual glow plug control, I can't even remember where it was.
