82 ford f100
Hey ppl
New to your website and to owning an 82 f100 with a 300 inline six and 4 spd manual.
Looking to replace tired old six with a 302 windsor and c6 auto which is all rebuilt ready to fit.
Just wondering are there any major mods <tailshaft length engine mounts etc>
that will need to be done or is it pretty much a straght forward swap.
Would love to obtain all parts necessary before starting as this is a work vehicle and can't be off the road to long.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
