Speedo Drive
I am having a Gear Vendors Overdrive installed on my 88 Ford F350 C6. Where is the speedometer driven from on these trucks. B/c if it is on the transmission and I put a Gear Vendor behind the transmission the Speedo might be off. Has anyone ever had this problem?

I thought the GV had a new speedo drive connection on the tail of the output shaft. I would check with their technical support. I am sure they would have addressed the speedo issue in their design.

Your speedo on a 4x4 is driven off the transfer case output shaft.
The Gear Vendors unit replaces the back of the transfer case so I would think it has a speedo drive located there. Otherwise you could not have a speedo at all.
