Tow Command add-on?
I didn't get tow command option with the truck, but I do have the factory wiring for the trailer, I was thinking, might I be able to add the tow command module after purchase? It appears that the wiring loom is there both for the trailer *and* some other connector that I can only assume is the tow command connector. Anyone know? I have a prodigy controller, but I would rather have tow command if I can add it in after the fact.

It can be added in after the fact, but it will not be as seamless of an install as one would initially think. At least one of the FTE sponsors offers a kit to do just that.
Along with the brake controller and wiring harness(es), you will also get a new brake master cylinder. Not exactly a huge item to swap out, but definitely more than doing the plug & play with a couple wiring harnesses. And, it is my understanding that once the kit is installed, you will need to get the truck into a dealership to have the PCM and/or ABS computers reprogrammed in order to incorporate the trailer brake control functionality in with the vehicle's brake functionality.
