Question sway bar swap

i have my project truck: 93 f-250 2wd.

i now have a bit of a donor truck. it is an f-250 2wd. this donor has both front and rear sway bars. my project truck has neither. the rear bar can be immediately swapped over just by unbolding the thing. the front one also matches correctly but its final mounting point is under the coil on the coil mount. to put the front bar on my 93, i would have to switch the two coil mounts, correct? i assume they are a direct swap.

my question come to this...is the front swap very hard/time consuming to swap?
if it is too much trouble, would it be worth atleast swapping the rear bar to my 93 and would this drive alright with just one? out of curiousity, though i won't be doing this, what would it be like the other way around, just the front bar but not the back? thanks for all your help.

The front swap is easy, it takes about an hour per side. I changed mine out while changing shocks so they were already off, take the springs out, swap the mounts and reasemble. I wouldn't use just the rear as this would make the rear stiffer than the front and cause some handling problems.

No spring compressor is needed. Support the frame with jack stands, and use your floor jack under the I-beam. Run the jack up just enough to start to compress the spring so it doesn't drop when you take the upper locator clip off. When you have that loose, let the jack down to relieve the pressure on the spring. Then take the nut off in the center bottom of the spring and everything will be apart.
