I recently purchased their triple dog and outlook. I had problems with the install and some features are not working. I called the tech support and a woman said I would get a call right back, well no call so I phoned again about 3 hours later. She said no problem she would have a tech call me right back. Three days later and still no call. I am about to yank it out and return it and try something else. I just wanted to warn anyone considering one of these....their customer support is nonexistent.

I notice your profile says you have a '98 E-series? I'm assuming you have the 7.3L (of course you do)...
If this is correct, I'll move your thread to the correct forum, and you might have many many answers about what's up.
The other thing, of course, is if you have an E-series, they are notoriously different than the F-series. Did Bully Dog have a specific part # for your vehicle that was different than the F-series?
