I have a 2003 Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer 4.0.. Im looking for more power and a beastly sound! So far i got a K&N cold air intake... Nd a flowmaster muffler... I want to know, what i can do to make my truck sound more beastly... Any good mods that you know of? or that You have would help... email me directly at smdunit@tmail.com with answers.. thanks..

Throttle body spacer, headers, depending on where you live gut or remove the cat and/or resonators. Remove the muffler.
I cut everything off after the muffler and just put two turnsdowns. Same engine as you, 'cept mine is an OHV and in a Ranger. Made a HUGE difference in sound level and "roar-iness" for lack of a better term.
