Wheel bolt patter swap

Guys, I got tired of looking for 17"x10" wheels for my truck (78') in polished aluminum but nobody makes them or if they do they want an arm and a leg for them. Unfortunately anyone who makes this size makes it for chebys or for cars only. Is there an inexpensive way to change bolt pattern on my 78 truck so that I can get some decent looking wheels for it? I don't want chrome because I am not too diciplined on cleaning them and also I have noticed they only last a few years at the most. My brother-in-law has already bought 2 sets and both have gone bad in less than 2 years and he does take care of them. Polished wheels on the other side will last a long time. It takes a little more elbow grease but they will shine for a long long time.

Check with your local speed shop/race car fabricator, have the rotors, axles, and drums re-drilled for whatever pattern you want.
