Best Explorer to replace 89 BII?
Looking at replacing my 89 Bronco II with a 98-2002 Explorer 4wd, 2 or 4 door. What are the major mechanical weak components to check out. Such as cracked heads on BII's? What is the average gas mileage of a 6 cylinder auto explorer? How easy is it to remove & install the rear seats? With rear seats removed can you cary a sheet of plywood?Appreciate any help.
