Fuel Injector Replacement-How Often?

4.2 V6 120K Miles - Is there a scheduled replacement for fuel injectors? Are they like spark plugs and need to all be replaced at the same time? Or do you replace them individually as they go bad?

No. Injectors seldom fail. Replace only if defective.

Most fuels today have enough cleaners to keep everything in order. Injector cleaning services are usually a waste of money unless there is a specific problem.
