Few Quick Questions
I'm hoping to get some gauges very soon. Definitly going to do the pyro and boost gauges. Couple of questions --> What brand do yall recommend, where to buy them? Are they hard to install? About how much should it cost to have them installed?
Also, I'm planning to do the 6637 filter mod to my truck tomorrow. I currently have a stock replacement K&N filter, is the 6637 going to make a better difference? Also since it is paper and not oiled, won't it get wet and mess up when it rains?
Just some questions I thought of tonight. I would appreciate all advice from you guys. You guys seem to be geniuses in your own right when it comes to powerstrokes, keep up the excellent work!

Should be able to install yourself with minimal tools.
I have had the 6637 for over a year. I was also worried about water to begin with. I checked it several times after a drive in heavy rains and it just don't get wet. It will make a differance in the filtration you will get. The 6637 does not allow any dirt to go through, but does allow more air than your engine could ever need. Stock boxes with any filter funs the risk of allowing dust to get to you turbo and that ain't good. You are gonna love the sounds it adds to you engine.
the filter, yes it is alot better than the stock one. it SEALS way better than the stock box will ever seal up. even being such a big open element, mine has not gotten wet or even damp in the harshest of rain storms.
