I have it on my E150 van that I used to tow my travel trailer. It helped boost the weak rear springs and reduced sway and it's a nice improvement even when the van is empty, which is how it runs most of the time now since I bought a Diesel dually for towing the trailer.
I see no need for it on your truck. It is basically overload springs and can function in a similar manor to a sway bar as well. You already have the springs and air bags, so I don't think you would notice much improvement.
