highboy question

hey all i have a 1977 f-250 hd highboy i just put the sjyjacker 4 inch lift on i was wondering what i can do to get some more without doing a body lift then i thought about it and ive seen people on this sight make shackles or even spring hangers in the front if any of you are out there who have done this or have pics please let me know thanks guys
