T-18 swap

T-18 swap
I have a 69 F-100 Stepside with a 240-6 and a T-18 4sp. It came stock with a 3sp on the column. What if any tranny could I swap it for. I would prefer a 5sp. Oh yea, I also have 4:11 gears in the back so it makes for slow hwy driving. Thanks for the input.
