Please HELP!
I was driving my 87 F-150 the other day and noticed a few really bad things. First off, it seemed to lose power steering when I slowed down and parked in a lot. Then I noticed a lot of red fluid leaking from some rectangular component right behind the grill/in front of the radiator... what is that? it has lines going to it and I swear it was dripping horribly from there. And of course with that red fluid leak (atf, I am sure) my transmission was acting up like it didn't want to come out of first gear. its an automatic and i would just like to know what that is and why it happened. thanks to all of you with the knowledge...
