Bed Bolt Removal
Measure the distance from one bolt to the other, center to center and cut a piece of flat bar to that length.
weld each end of the bar to the head of a bed bolt, this will keep the bolts from spinning while you remove the nuts from underneath.and then you can reuse them after cleaning up the heads.
another option is to tackweld the bolt heads directly to the bed, this works just as well if you have a bedliner or not particularly concerned with appearance.
Use liberal amounts of penetrant, that's a given.
