CD Changer

Ive got a 2001 Navigator and the CD changer keeps on messing up on me, this is the second time it has broken down, im not about to get it fixed again. Is there an aftermarket that I can get ? thats plug and play ? that replaces the stock player and just plugs into the current harnes ?
