Hey I have looked but I havn't found yet the instructions on how to install the 6.0 transcooler. I have a pretty good idea of how its done it would just be nice to see if I'm doing it the RIGHT way. If anyone has the link I'd like to have it. Thanks again everyone.

There was a post just the other day on this. Try looking threw the last page of posts and see if you can find it. I know you use 4' of hose from the 6.0 cooler and the you make an adaptor out of two fittings. One having a 1/2 inch barbed by 3/8 inch ntp female threads and the other is 3/8 inch barbed by 3/8 inch ntp male threads. Just use some teflon tape and this is the adaptor that you will need. As for mounting it is the same as the 7.3. Good luck

The legs of the 6.0 are different. Reuse the same bolts but put a couple of fender washers in it.

Adapter is easy. One barb is 3/8 and the other is 1/2. Thread is 3/8 NTP. Teflon tape on the threads and tighten. Make another one and you are done.
