67 Transmition problems
I have A 1967 Ford F-100, and it has a three Speed Manual Transmition on the Column. Recently it has been kicking itself out of first gear. It has started doing it every time i crank it up. To engage it i have to hold it there and apply force so it does not kick it out. I guess my question is is it broken, or does it just simply need some lubrication? If so what kind of lubrication should i add, and where do i pour it?

Gary, Your transmission is broken! Take it to a competent mechanic as soon as possible. Holding it in gear will eventually cause serious damage. Don't crank it anymore until you can get this problem fixed!
