help , sos

hey guys, I really need some assistance, just started a new career and I am doing alot more driving these days like 60 miles a day, when I was driving 4. I really love my 1995 f-150 4x4 ext. cab 5 speed straight six, . this truck has never left me on the side of the road but now with 150000 miles it is starting to show its wear and tear and I am trying to come up with a list of to do things to figure out if it would be better to sell it or buy a little bit newer that doesnt need as much work, besides the normal paint some broken interior things, suspension and steering tune ups and tires I think I have three drivetrain probs, that I cant pin point what they are and thats were i need some help, first at an Idle no ac running the motor feels like it is missing, at the exhaust it doesnt sound like it is put with your hand by the exhaust you can feel intermintent extra puffs of exhaust, i am a huge fan of sea foam and that didnt help, cant detect vacum leaks, no codes pulled from the computer, changed fuel filter and all the wires caps etc, know what , the next is i have a sound that kinda sounds like a bearing maybe, I am not good at descibing sounds but I crawled underneath the truck and it sounds like it is coming from where the tranny and transfer meet what might that be , and last but not least I have what sounds like a diesleing chatter from the bottom of the motor, now my father has listened to it and he says to him it doesnt sound like a crank bearing or anything like that because it is to high pitched,( the tranny noise is lower pitched) could the oil pump be going bad or am I just missing something completely. well thats it I would really appriciate some help I trying to get everything going in the right track
