CEL question

I always get a P0238 (turbo boost sensor high) when I have the truck on any setting other than stock, and mash the peddle to the floor but have never addressed the problem until now. I want to install a boost regulator but can't seem to find one for OBS trucks. If I don't do anything for this condition, is there any lack of performance (I don't notice any) or problems that could arise from not addressing this issue. Thanks in advance for the help, aloha.

It would be the same as the Superduty set-up. Mine can be viewed here: http://www.itpdiesel.com/store.php?c...on=show_detail

Thanks for the info guys! Is there a way to check your MAP sensor? I get a CEL at approx. 25 lbs of boost so I figured it must be working as it was designed to. Also, although I get the CEL our OBS trucks don't defuel like NBS right? Thanks again.
