Off topic, but

a neighbor has a '60 T-bird he's looking to sell and has no idea what to ask. It was from an estate. It's nice. No cancer rust, VERY minor surface rust in only two or three spots. White with original red/white interior, 58k original miles, mostly garage kept. 300 something engine, auto, power steering. From the door plate: ser 0Y71Y184615, body 63A, color K, trim 55, date 17H, Transmission 4, axle 3. Any ideas on value or a place to look for info? It hasn't been run in about 2 years, but he drove it then about 50 miles to get it home.

Off topic, but

Your best bet would be to have the car appraised by a firm that is familiar with calssic automobiles. It might cost a bit, but the extra money could very well be worth it.

Off topic, but

I never went to any T-Bird sites but I have a friend who ground-up a ' 55 Bird and he said there are a million web sites for these guys. I guess you can just search.:-)
