Starting Problem
When I try to start the truck I get one click and nothing happens. The power sometimes doesn't come back on till I wiggle the negative lead on the battery and playing with the cable will not the lights to flicker as if it was a loose connection or broken wire. I had the battery checked where I bought it they tested it and it was fully charged. I jumped the vehicle with my other SUV and with this I will get rapid clicking when I try to start it. What are some things I should check?

Sounds like your cable is toasted. I suggest replacing the ground cable and cleaning the connections well. The cables can go bad inside where you can't see them, and that is what it sounds like has happened to yours.
