First time repair transfer case
Hello every one it's been a while since my last post.
I'm begginning work on my transfer case and my rear diffof my 1999 f150. My transfer case need repair because of major noise and slipping. The diff. need to change the bearing.
Does anyone have a diagram or advice for a first timer.

Wow Coach that is a large undertaking. I would figure a ford factory manual on the drive train would serve you well. You would also need calipers, dial indicators and prob. some special tools for disassembly and reassembly. There maybe a video out there somewhere for the overhauls. I know you can get videos for transmission and engines
